Our weekly program consisted of basic basketball training (passing, dribbling, shooting and rebounding), gymnastics, weight-lifting, swimming and running. Panathinaikos being one of the best teams ensured we had the best training and the constant coaching from some of the best Instructors of the time (Panagiwtis Giannakis – former coach of China’s national team, Zeljko Obradovic).
