It is with great anticipation that I present my resume to you for a teaching position. As you will note in addition to earning a Post Graduate Degree from England, I am also a certified TESOL/TEFL Teacher. I have also gained a work experience in a business environment for long time, in China, India and Manchester.

As a versatile educator with experience in teaching for more than 3yrs, I have had an opportunity to work with wide variety of young learners as well as older learners. With this experience I have a sensitive approach to students, unique capabilities, provide individualized support, and cultivate a healthy learning environment where each student is able to learn and succeed.

I provide assistance to students by employing effective listening techniques that allow me to help access their needs, goals and struggles. After evaluation I can adapt my teaching methods to accommodate multiple intelligences and learning styles ensuring each student will comprehend and retain the information in manner that suits him/her best. Furthermore, promoting and engaging educational games and supervising effective hands on activities that encourage participation and socialization with peers are just a few of my talents.

One of my strengths is maintaining a well disciplined environment with minimum interruptions and maximum productivity. This is achieved by pulling the misbehaving students aside, reinforcing positive behavior and implementing a reward system. In addition, I develop an excellent trusting rapport with all students and make certain that they feel comfortable and safe in the classroom.
