Self-introduction:
My name is LaMeisha Johnson, I have over 6 years of experience in customer service for various industries, ranging from college to sales associate. I believe that I could provide a valuable service for your company, and that my abilities would suit the role you need filled perfectly, buisness related and or teaching.
I believe this for several reasons. Over the course of my career, I have proven myself to be a dependable source of income for the companies I have worked for. I have a natural ability to convey trustworthiness, and also possess strong persuasive abilities. As a result, I consistently surpass the average among my co-workers. This has been true across a range of different companies, in different markets, with different customer bases.
Previously, I worked within high-volume customer-support services at the University of Northern Colorado in the Office of financial Aid as a peer counselor. In this positions, I demonstrated the ability to resolve a variety of issues and complaints (such as billing disputes, speaking with student and parents about FAFSA, and also communicating my Customer Service skills in the call center). I consistently met goals with helping all types of students, or at least sending them in the right direction with a professional counselor. I've also worked fulltime abroad in china as a foreign teacher. I've worked in Taiyuan China for about 4 months.
