Most recently in my career I have been able to develop skills in content development, specifically in writing both curriculum and assessment materials. I have also developed skills in sales, recruiting several students through communication with parents, the development of promotional materials as well as through giving presentations at promotional events. As a teacher I have been fortunate enough to progress in the administrative sector of education this last year. I feel I have successfully been able to manage a small team of both foreign and Chinese staff. I work well within a team and feel I have shown good leadership capabilities. I have strong IT skills and am familiar with virtual learning environments. I am hard working, committed and possess excellent communication skills, I am able to quickly build strong working relationships.
