		As a curriculum designer, I am responsible for analysing and determining efficient and effective means of presenting educational instructions from the company headquarters to the rest of the campuses around china. The products I worked on involved offline and online content. ‘I2 Online’, involved developing ESL activities using Gestalt Psychology and reverse engineering language speech
	
	
		errors and other linguistic psychological phenomenon to create CCQs. The online interface the team and I worked on required a focus on creating relate-able content for students, this allowed me to use my knowledge in developmental psychology to understand the perspective of students and create suitable story-arches and characters. Offline content involved designing the STEM club, summer and winter courses, by analysing problem solving strategies and catering activities to align with various learning styles. Further projects involved the expansion of new campuses and class sizes which required an entirely new curriculum. Finally the ‘Little Diplomat’ project which involved training teachers to teach students how to act as presenters for their cities.

		My first Educational occupation involved exploring ESL avenues and
	
	
		during this time I designed an array for lessons for students aged
	
	
		between 3 - 18 years old. Throughout this experience I relied on my
	
	
		years of theatre study skills and my psychology degree to overcome
	
	
		daily challenges, using behaviourist psychology I crafted a
	
	
		behaviour management system, I used cognitive psychology
	
	
		research to help create challenging content for students as to allow
	
	
		for progression and growth. Some of the major roles I was involved
	
	
		in was designing and carrying out the drama courses and PBLs for
	
	
		the city alongside assisting newly posted teachers at the campus.
