During the course of my teaching career I have gained many skills. I am adept at working with children of all ages and I also have experience of teaching adults. I believe that I am very good at striking up a rapport with my students as well as assessing their needs and using a variety of methods to best to assist their learning.
I have a good knowledge of English grammar and I also very much enjoy teaching phonics and pronunciation lessons. I have experience of creating lesson plans that utilise many different types of media, such as PowerPoint, YouTube clips, sound recordings and authentic materials.
I have experience of teaching large classes of up to 50 students, however I am equally at ease teaching small tutor groups of 2 or 3 students. I like to make my lessons as enjoyable for my students as possible by giving them the opportunity to practice using their English whenever possible.

Additional Information
My main passion is travel. Having visited several countries in Asia, The Middle East, Europe and Australia, I love amercing myself in different cultures and meeting new people. I am also a very active person and enjoy taking part in many different sports, in particular rock climbing and football.
