I have experience managing large groups of kids from 3 to 17 years old and being responsible not only of carrying out their activities but also coordinating and helping the kids with his personal growth and developing leadership on all of them.
Thanks to my last job I've learned how to proper communicate with the kids identifying their social abilities and needs for archiving that way their goal.
