When I was hired as an employee of the newly incorporated company, I was assigned as a Quality Assurance Engineer. At that time, my core responsibility was to ensure that goods have achieved pre-specified quality standard before releasing it for shipment. Hence, for most of the time, I focus on studying the defects on a product and inform the production manager whenever the QC team detects any types of defect.
