· Plays a co-leadership role as the English- speaking Head of School in a dual language, IB themed Early Education school

· Works closely with the CEO of ZHAODE Education to recruit and build the administrative and academic team for the preschool

· Manages the pedagogical development of the English language teachers and provide related onboarding, orientations, and ongoing training

· Communicates weekly with reporting line about operational details as well as strategic directions

· Takes charge of the English language teachers to ensure the stability of the team

· Implements policies and procedures designed to provide compliance with company regulations at all times

· Makes hiring decisions regarding all teacher and assistants in English language programs
