Teaching the Principles of Project Management. Teaching the PMBOK and standard project management theory and practice. Critical path methods for planning and controlling projects. Includes time/cost tradeoffs, resource utilization, stochastic considerations, task determination, time management, scheduling management, status reports, budget management, customer service, professional attitude, and project supervision. Microsoft Project Basic Orientation is Integrated into this course. An additional full 3 credit course in Microsoft Project is recommended.
