Kurt has acquired proficient knowledge in training delivery and logistics, based on International Board of Standards for Training, Performance, and Instruction (IBSTPI). He exhibits competence in preparation and analysis of reports which serve as bases for deploying projects structured using training needs analysis. He is skilled in MS Office applications/software, Adobe Captivate & Articulate Storyline, has basic knowledge in imaging software such as Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, and has basic knowledge in SAP-based reports.

This has enabled him to work on various projects with different stakeholders including experience in contact center vendor management, curriculum content development, instructional design and training delivery management.

With the abruptly changing and modern trends, Kurt is able to adopt, specifically in terms of understanding the culture and demographics of the people he works with and in terms of the latest software and technology. Outside of work, Kurt values continuous learning and loves to travel.
