I have six years experience teaching in formal learning environments both in South Africa and China. I have worked as an ESL teacher in a training center for a year and half teaching English to learners between the ages on 3 and 15 years. I am currently working as an English Specialist at an international montessori kindergarten . My skills include , and not limited to, : 1) preparing and executing lessons according to the curriculum . 2) Developing resources for teaching including multi-media materials for interactive learning. 3) Develop and mantain classroom and public area displays to create a dynamic learning environment . 4) Give demonstration classes for new students and parents . 5) Asess and evaluate learners and provide feedback on perfomance .
