My work experience & background is an accumulation of 25 years , All shared one major common factor they were all customer service related , with an extensive knowledge in communication through thousands of working hours , business meetings ,awkward situations ,enabled me to earn my customer service skills & to be target oriented & focused in any given situation .

I started my working experience during my university education in EGYPT AIR as a CABIN CREW , with a passion for travelling to new places , meeting people from different cultures was my gold mine , After the 6 months training course that prepares & mentor you with all the aviation technicalities , food hygiene & self preservation during critical times & all the responsibilities that comes along , Being a CC enriched my ability to Work within time frames & limited space & nerves control environment , Enhanced my ability to handle stressful situations & to react in a fast and accurate proper response in any given situation.

My second career experience was working as an EXEC TOUR OPERATOR for MISR TRAVEL ,the school for tourism operation I was trained at the head office of the INTERNATIONAL TOURISM DEPARTMENT in HOTELS BOOKINGS , FILE BREAKDOWN , FLIGHT BOOKING & TICKETING REGULATIONS,TOURS & EXCURSIONS , responsible for incoming tourists form the UK & Scandinavia. As a tour operator i gained a lot of organizations skills & to be able to organize and merge different participants into harmony & successful journey.

My third career experience was as a HOTEL DUTY MANAGER , working with tourists from another perspective I get the opportunity of learning to focus on the details & having the eye that picks up the errors & to experience all the guests problems which is usually very bad one & act accordingly in an absorbing , relaxing manner & decision making at the same time . It gave me the opportunity & the chance to communicate and interact with a lot of nationalities & people from all walks of life , which enriched my language and customer service skills and the ability to avoid & contain problems at all times .

As a BRANCH MANAGER , I represented several UK based companies in the REAL ESTATES field As their Branch manager & in charge for the sales & marketing , My duties was primary focused on sales of residential holiday homes , In a competitive market that was rising due to the market crash in Spain that lead all eyes & property investors to turn their focus to EGYPT , Successfully guided home buyer and sellers through the sale and purchase of properties.

I am an end result personality with a blend of experience , knowledge , leadership qualities , who works hard , values time and pays attention to details , flexible but firm , quick to pick up new skills with the passion of learning . I am an imaginative thinker who focus on potentials & possibilities & eager to explore new things within myself & in the world .
