Graduate Assistant Football Coach - A volunteer graduate assistant for the University of South Dakota. Responsible for assisting the football coaches with organized activities for the team. I would coach the scout team during game weeks and training camp to help give the coordinators the look they wanted. At times during training camp and throughout the season I could perform plays to beat our starters which helps prepare me for coaching in the future. I would spot the ball during scrimmages to help in training camp. I was responsible for overlooking the inactive players during game weeks when the team would be on the road. The organizational skills needed to perform this job benefited me as I am to be a future coach.
