Assisted and helped on building developments by a local property firm. In this role I have assisted in the research and acquisition of property within the local area, this has involved searching directories such as the land registry and companies house to build intelligence on properties coming to market. As well as this I have assisted in developing properties to allow for the inclusion of commercial and/or residential units, exposing myself to local planning frameworks and building regulations as well as more practical skills such as joinery. In addition, I have actively been involved in both attaining and managing tenants, making sure tenancies and payments are set up and in order as well as answering tenant enquires and helping them with setting up benefit claims etc. I feel this role demonstrates my ability to adapt to new areas and my flexibility to change between and practical and non-practical roles.
