I am self-motivated and results driven individual with a unique ability to work under pressure if needed. Working as a Business English teacher at Tianfu College and tutoring in the past, I have learned to identify problems and come up with solutions which are both creative and pragmatic. I have excellent communication skills and I also having the ability to communicate well with students and colleagues alike.

I can understand the difficulties that ESL learners are facing and I would thus like to share my continued creativity to help them develop their abilities and confidence in the language.
