I started teaching in 2008 as a young diploma trained teacher in a small community in Ghana. There was no electricity and no trained teacher accepted posting there. As the only professional teacher, i had to work extra hard to unearth the potential talents in the village. The school was primary but i worked with the Ghana Education service to start a Junior High school in 2010. I was the headteacher and by 2014 my school was the best till now in the district of over forty Junior High Schools. I have lots of experience in how to attracts kids to a school and retain them. I also work withe American Peace Corps for many years and therefore know much about American culture. I am currently studying MBA in Jiangsu University in China. I am in my second year without any course work so can take any full time job.
