I have worked on and off in China since 1994, when I first came to Shunde and worked with the first group of foreign teachers that were priviledged enough to grace the front gate of the newly opened Country Garden School. I met my future wife at that time, and after moving on to Guangzhou to work for Proctor & Gamble, and then to Tianjin to teach for Motorola, fortune struck, and Alice consented to marry me. Over the years, I have taught for companies, training institutes, and kindergartens, but I have found that teaching kindergarten children enriches my life, and, up to date, I have been informed by every school for which I have worked that I enriched the children's lives in return.
