VIP can seeGreetings, my name is Danielle. I’m Experienced in successfully teaching students in educational as well as social service environments, while developing cognitive skills in students at all learning levels. In 2011, I taught as an Early Intervention teacher for children ages 3-5. I utilized my creative skills to design and implement a well-received program structure along with lesson plans in the areas of literature and English. Additionally, I was responsible for conducting assessments in order to ensure school district standards were met. Furthermore, in 2012 I held the position as an after-school Resource Teacher for three residential units. There I taught in the areas of technology, art, and creative writing through classroom instruction as well as educational outreach activities for ages 1318. Lastly, in 2013 worked as a Lead Teacher for a learning clinic with children ages 4-13 struggling with developmental delays. There, I provided individual supportive teaching in the areas of math, reading, and science while meeting the emotional, intellectual, and social needs of the children. Moreover, I have been teaching English/Literature in China for the past two years now, and I find that I am both enthralled and challenged working here as I have come to understand just how crucial it is for children, regardless of their background, receive individualized learning opportunities. I am a naturally warm-hearted, ambitious, and adaptable person with good teamwork and intercultural skills developed throughout my career, and I would enjoy the challenge of working in an educational-remote setting. Uplifting the community is the utmost importance in today’s society and it takes humility and patience to cater to the vision
