Management Decision: In this module alternative styles of decision making and how they impact the company was the main focus. We also talked about steps and considerations for effective decision making.
Human resource management: An in-depth studies into the various human resources practices. Organizational behavior and performance management were just some it. The studies centered on how these practices help improve the company's human resource.
E-commerce: This module is about the various ways of doing business online and most importantly when and how to start an online business.
Dissertation: Using an electronic company as the case study the research analyzed the processes of conducting employee performance appraisal. The investigation assessed employee's perception of how appraisal is done as compared to what the human resource manager says. In furtherance to that Expert Choice was used to design an appraisal form for the company.
