As a RWU conversation partner I consistently overcame language barriers and deconstruct challenges in order to achieve results for student testing proficiency. This position has allowed me to think outside the box and continue to learn new ways to approach and solve problems through an engaging delivery. In addition, my experience as a scientific diver and lab assistant on campus has allowed me to exercise creative problem solving techniques and useful teamwork skills to achieve daily goals in the lab and in my field work. This includes, creating daily dive plans, project outlines and managing six onsite experiments and one offsite field experiment.
