promotional campaigns across on-air and off-air platforms for programs on
Channel 8/U, including but not limited to press conferences and audience
engagement events such as ticketed events and shopping mall roadshows

promotional strategies planned

program trailers to drive viewership for drama debuts and sustain viewership
after drama launches

polling online exercise to determine the ending of a drama

Campaign (Reached 60,000 eyeballs on ground and tenfold online
over a period of 1 month).
v) Maximized mileage of project budget by negotiating to have
promotional publications on unutilized bus-stop and Out-of-Home
(OOH) media spaces at a discounted rate. This practice was adopted
by the entire team and all other projects henceforth.
vi) Identifying the demand for marketing premiums and initiating a
collaboration with our retail department for a profit share
vii) Helped to facilitate the rebranding of an age-old local kids programme
‘Mat Yoyo’, and relaunched it across 4 prime Channels in 4 different
languages (English, Mandarin, Malay & Tamil). The programme was so
successful that it carried on for 3 seasons, branching into online
extensions, merchandize and young talents’ workshops.
