I taught EFL to high school and postgraduate students of various backgrounds in China for five years. Before stepping into this role, I earned my Master’s degree and TESOL certificate, and now I am continuing my education in this field. Through my teaching experiences and TEFL studies, I developed critical pedagogic and classroom management skills, along with a passion for teaching English.

I am equipped with the Communicative Teaching Approach. I apply it in the classroom through interactive, student-centered activities that maximize “student talk time.” I scaffold my lessons so that they include pair and group work, as well as movement around the classroom. By engaging students in speaking, grammar, writing, listening, and reading, I help them improve their accuracy and fluency across key skill areas.
