• Lead the finance team to provide the full spectrum of financial and accounting activities for Singapore to meet business needs and goals. This includes general accounting, financial, management and regulatory reporting, internal controls, tax planning and legal issues, cash and credit control functions.
• Provide effective communications to all levels to drive financial performance and internal control.
• Oversee accounting activities in accordance with the company policies and procedures and responsible for accurate and timely financial reporting and statements of Singapore legal entities.
• Oversee preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial reporting for leadership review.
• Oversee external statutory and tax reporting
• Maintain relationships with solicitors, banks and key vendors
