My first classroom experience was a volunteer teaching in primary school at Gyamasi in the Ashanti region of Ghana. This volunteering program was initiated when I was in the university. As an educator for junior and senior high schools, with proven success improving student test scores in English language, I feel confident of the skills I can bring to this program. This is because my students achieved 96% pass in their exams in 2013 14 academic year during Basic Education Certificate Examination (B.E.C.E.). In addition to these proven achievement , I also chopped an enviable record of 98% pass mark in Social studies at Osei Tutu 11 College in 2016 academic year. I firmly believe that a combination of my natural ability , personality, and work experience all make me an ideal candidate for this role. I possess a potent understanding of management skills in planning and implementing lessons that meet all students needs.
