Taught English to grades from 3 to 6.
Learnt how to adapt my teaching style from younger to older students
Tried to keep the classes exciting and get the students to talk as much English as possible in class by making the class as interesting as possible.
Had to attend weekly meetings, both with Chinese English teachers and with other foreign teachers of the Baoan area in Shenzhen, where each foreign teacher would take turns to have an open class.
Created my own teach plans.
In these classes I would from 50 to 60 students per class, with no in the classroom assistance, with the teaching and disciplining of the students being left to me. This helped me develop ways to deal with large groups of students.
Completed a two week training program before the first semester.
