As a native speaker of Farsi Language, 55, married, living in Tehran, Iran, holding my DBA, as well as M.A. in TEFL and my B.A. in English Language and Literature, I have been teaching English for over 24 years in various Iranian universities, and once in China in 2005; and also translating for more than 30 years. I am now a retired civil servant.

I have also experienced teaching in Tehran International School where the children of foreign ambassadors and businessmen are studying there.

I have been a professional translator with over 15 books published so far, 100 domestic articles published in various domestic periodicals, and about 5 international papers presented in different countries; some of which are published. I was also the translator of Iran's First MDGs national report published jointly by MPO and UNDP.

I had been also working for IRNA (Islamic Republci News Agency) for 4 years as a Farsi-English translator and also as a journalist, IRNA Farsi International Desk (1984-1988). I have also cooperated with Iran’s Radio and T.V. Organization (called IRIB) for one year and a half. With some newspapers (English and Farsi), I have also cooperated as a journalist, reporter and translator.

In 2013, I just thought to try to teach business English, as well. So I got my DBA (Doctor of Business Administration). From then on, I had some ESP classes, dealing with English for students of economy, students majoring management, and students majoring Finance and Banking who were required to pass both general English and ESP in management, Finance, and economy.

I am now both teaching in Islamic Azad university and Elmi-Karbordi (University of Applied Sciences and Technology) and cooperating with some Chinese and Indian (as well as Iranian) translation companies in the field of English-Farsi translation of various items including catalogs, brochures, documents, and etc.
