 Managed and directed a team of 8 English teachers.
 Planed and organized all in and outdoor English events.

 Responsible for teaching the new teachers that arrived from abroad the customs of China to lessen their culture shock.
 Responsible for teaching the new teachers how to teach Chinese students and how it differs from teaching western students.
