I do not believe learning English has to be a burden. It is commonly believed that the English language is one of the most difficult languages to learn, and I believe from experience that this is only partially true. The English language is a complex subject, and discourse in English proves for many to be quite a challenge. Yet if a teacher can create and inspire thoughts that relate to another's interest or way of life, then opportunity exists for endless learning.
What I offer is my full professional attitude on every level, in regards to patience and diligence in leadership matching the needs of your school and students. My journey in teaching began with Music, which naturally led to foreign language and culture studies where I was able to use English teaching materials for instructing private lessons out of my home for students and professional adults. This was followed by service as a volunteer ESL teacher in the beautiful country of Dominican Republic teaching children and young adults. Shortly after, I was invited to helpd guide international students at our local college in learning more productive English communications skill sets. I have since spent time in Hong Kong working leading English studies for Form-4 students.
I am dedicated, motivated and activated, professionally able to adhere to guidelines and curriculum, while creative enough to breath new life into otherwise off-putting study material. In practice I always make myself approachable and committed towards building good relationships with my students and co-workers by being considerate, polite, friendly, patient and never overbearing. I have found much success in my students, which is extremely rewarding. And most of all I love being actively involved in the learning process, because learning is paramount.

Currently I am teaching from the "Practical English: Second Edition" series from Thomson Learning, supplementing the materials with custom lessons, practical conversational English dialogue and special requests.
