I recently converted my University of Salford degree into a Healthcare degree from a Child Health Nursing degree. Following on from the end of my degree course I took a trip abroad where I realised my dream of teaching abroad could be a reality, so upon my return in February I researched and started my 140-hour premier TEFL Certificate with TEFL Org UK, which I have recently completed.

I am a native-speaker of English from the United Kingdom, with previous private tutoring experience. Thus, I am confident that I am more than able to meet any specific requirements with great enthusiasm and care.

As you will see from my CV, my previous roles have all taught me something and given me skills and considerable experience in working with both children and adults. Recently I have re-entered the retail environment and have some valuable experience in this job, and I am keen now to put to use the methods and skills I learnt from the teaching course to use in a teaching position.

Recently I have undertaken volunteering at a local community centre near my hometown teaching English to new arrivals – a job I enjoy immensely!
