Beginning as a field and research assistant, Solomon has over the years transformed into an organised, detail-oriented and self motivated professional with highly sought for skills such as good verbal and written communications, great team work spirit, and strong research abilities.he also has skills in Ecosystems management, agricultural land conservation, Water resources management, community development and Environmental Impact assessment among others gained through working for Community Based Organisations (CBOs), Local governments, Nongovernmental Organisations (NGOs) and Consultancies. He has also successfully conducted individual quantitative and qualitative research during his undergraduate dissertation module on the "Effects of Riverbank Management on Ecosystem services, A Case Study of Malaba River, Tororo," and a Post graduate thesis on "Determining Land Use Suitability at the Landscape Scale Using Vegetation and Soil Quality Indicators."
