Time Management - Having to tailor my work around my customer’s commitments it is important for me to manage my time effectively. By having a rolling diary system in place it allows me to be as productive as possible and always aware of what I need to do and by when.

Flexibility – Throughout my working career I have learnt that in order to be successful it is important to be flexible with my clients. I regularly work late or work weekends to fit with my customer’s schedules rather than normal working hours.
