Academic English teaching, centre management duties, recruitment and ongoing training/coordination of teachers are the main areas to which I feel I am most suited. I seek to develop myself continually as I consider myself to be a lifelong learner and a professional within the education sector.
My teaching focus is primarily aimed at young adults starting with high school aged students. I predominantly facilitate language acquisition in the specific areas of Academic English, Business English and IELTS preparation. Consequently, I would not be interested in working with younger years.
I believe that any new position should present fresh challenges and offer the opportunity for me to develop both myself and my career. For these reasons, I am not inclined to consider positions offering less responsibility. I am a hardworking, dedicated and passionate team member. In addition, at this stage in my career, feel that it is important to fully assess the educational goals of any given organisation to determine how I can best improve the efficiency of the school and the staff members around me.
