Work Experience:

· Over 3 years as full-time ESL teacher in Middle and High Schools as well as limited experience in Kindergarten and Primary, assessing needs, writing and delivering lesson plans to improve grammar, speaking, writing and comprehension.
· Assisting in marking homework and monthly examinations.
· Improving the Chinese English teachers’ oral and written English comprehension including colloquialisms.
· Providing the Chinese English teachers with a broad understanding of English culture and traditions.
· 1-to-1 coaching of students for entrance exams for private schools in major cities and provincial/national English speaking competitions.
