• Learnt a great deal through the centre philosophy surrounding: RIE, Montessori, Reggio, Respectful Practice, Primary Caregiving, the New Zealand Curriculum, and transitioning to school.

• Created and facilitated events for the centre in building community connections, marketing, hosting, event promotion and advertising.

• Involved in professional development courses and seminars around: Penn Green, Reggio Emilia, learning stories, planning for learning, strategic thinking and self review, appraisal and teacher registration, and assessment,curriculum and evaluation.
