Recently i am working in shanghai as production engineer learning the assembly of machinery and its operation.I have done 3 months of internship in Ningbo, China as quality controller for quality. Also have i have good skill on stress, strain, etc simulation also analysis of forces torque on Solidworks, which can help to reduce lengthy process done on paper also will be accurate. I have good hold on real mechanics of material, mechanics, dynamics and Manufacturing techniques theoretically.
I have done gear box design in 3rd year of my course study learned about its mechanics, dynamics, material used in it, control of transmission speed also drafted its 3D model. Moreover, in final year of graduation i have done thesis on LPG Barbecue grill design. . In this thesis i have learned about manufacturing techniques used for its different parts, material used, and control of heat. Also I have designed its 3D model which I have attached along this resume.
