* Oral presentation: experienced presenter, including oral presentations in front of hundreds of faculty and staff at McGill University and at the University of Toronto

* Literature writing: published as a first author in top North American journals such as Biochimica et Biophysica Acta, and Diabetes journal

* Organizational & Office software skills: four years of experience with Microsoft office applications in biomedical research laboratories. One semester of experience organizing hundreds of patient files in a Hospital database.

* Piano performance: studied works of Bach, Chopin, Beethoven, Rachmaninov, Prokofiev at an advanced level of performance. Performed many recitals in Toronto, and played for hospital patients as well as for child patients in their personal homes as a volunteer.
