Having obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education(BEED) in the Philippine Normal University- Visayas (PNU), I wish to bring my knowledge, skills and commitment to excellence to your company’s innovative environment.
As an Education student, majoring in General Education, I’ve become equipped with the necessary knowledge that come with the position including Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to all students in the class, teaching according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of the individual students and groups of students and adopting and working towards the implementation of the school development plan of the particular school they are giving service in;
I’ve been exposed to both teaching and call center industry. I started from a humble beginning as a Customer Service Associate. Years passed my competence, abilities and skills became firm and bolder. The job I had prior to my most recent job was Floor Support (Mini Supervisor). I am assigned to execute the following tasks: Manage a team of call center agents, be available to affect the entirety of the team’s operations, manage by walking around. Be visible to answer questions, take calls that your agents can’t handle and be available when an agent appears to need assistance and monitor queue and track inbound calls.
My most recent job is as a Manager/Recruiter wherein I have to perform tasks as follow: Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities, accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
