have acquired many different skills and understand the need, and importance of reliability, punctuality and commitment. My involvement in a variety of sporting activities has gained me vital communication and leadership skills. Captaining and being an important member of my youth and senior rugby teams showed me how these skills could bring together a group of individuals. Sports have been a major influencing factor in my ability to work well within a team, as I know feel I can maintain and develop team environments.
