Self-introduction:

I am a NCCP Level 2 National level coach in multi-sport. I have mainly coached rugby, gymnastics, and diving but comfortable in all different sports. I was also a Olympic level gymnast for Canada and Italy which lead me to compete with the Canadian national team in many international events. As of last summer I was playing at the provincial level with a Canadian rugby team in which we won provincials for our division (division 1).
