Self-introduction:
Teaching Oral English has made it possible for me to apply a wide range of skills gained during both my university and work experiences. My desire to find innovative ways of learning is inspired when designing and applying my lessons. The school allows a flexible approach to the syllabus which encourages creativity in my approach; however I work conscientiously to meet school regulations and student expectations.
Concise teaching schedules and weekly lesson plans form the foundation of my approach; structuring themes and activities in a way to maximize student exposure to speaking & listening practice.
As part of my responsibility to the students I liaise with peers to discuss best practice, manage attendance (challenging where necessary) and structure appropriate assessments to monitor progress and attainment. I work closely with the school management to address any issues which may be affecting individual students or classes generally.
